I have been with the Red Hot Chile Peppers since I made my Guard in season 3, and it sucks to leave, but I just thought I'd test the FA waters.
As you can see, I'm mainly a Run Blocking guard. Don't let the 7 in Run Block scare you, my AE and CE combined make it +4, so I really only have 3 in run block. I've been here since Season 1 and I definitely know how to build a guard. I won't change my CE, but I'll change my AE if needed. I boost my Guard every season so no problem there. I've only been in FA once, with my CB, and I found a very good, successful team, so I'm hoping to find that with my guard also.
As for starting, it's a plus, but not a demand. If you can offer me a good backup spot with better than max XP I won't have any problem with that. I used to start on the Chile Peppers before they brought some more guards in.
As for league, I don't care either.
As for for the team I want, I don't care whether you're 16-0 or 2-14, record makes no difference to me. What I want is a well-run team with a good forum and good coordinators where I can go and set tactics before every game.
What I suggest in a PM is your team link, and a (perferably slightly detailed) description of whatever you want to tell me about the team, why I should join, etc. I have an owner's inbox and I don't expect 150+ PMs so I won't lose your PM. More often then not, I'll give you a response
Also, contract money is bullshit. I never look at salary when I look at contracts so just send me minimum, and as long as I have decent training money and equipment money I don't care what the bonus is.
I'll put my teams of interest here, and in parantheses is just for me so I know who to contact.
