I have an OT in the TE2 depth chart spot, but when my AI is set to have the TE2 come into the game, the OT is nowhere to be seen and our starting TE is playing. Is there something in the game to prevent OL from playing TE?

Maybe o-line spots trump TE2?

I'd try it out with someone deep or completely off the o-line depth charts.

Thanks. I'll give that a shot.

as well as energy levels perhaps? I figure that perhaps with 3 OT for 2 spots, they get worn thin pretty quickly in the game

In the last game, our energy settings were at 80-90 and the backup got 4 plays, so I know nobody was tired. I'll see what happens when I pull him off the regular tackle depth chart.

I took the OT out of the LOT and ROT depth charts completely and he's still not playing TE when he's supposed to. Does anyone know if they prohibit OL playing TE?

I really cant figure out WTH I'm doing wrong.

No, it's definitely possible. When you put the information from those plays into "test offensive AI" does it come up with the plays you think you should be running?

Put him on a diet, do more sprinting, and make him play catch during the offseason.

Yeah, the AI is definitely triggering the right plays. It's running the right formations and the right play calls. We have a power back and elusive back, and the AI is even doing the HB1 and HB2 distinctions right. But for some reason the AI wont put in our TE2. Maybe I'll start over from scratch and see what happens.

Set the energy setting for TE2 to 1/5, and place all 3 OTs on the depth chart.
