Warrior General Games

Well, I figured I'd be a great guy and rank the remaining teams in the playoffs, a little early scouting could never hurt. I'll add an A7 read to it.

Overall, the Western Conference in much stronger and I think the champ will win BBB13.

1. Project Mayhem- Number 1 by virtue of an undefeated season. Decent depth, will need to add at least a decent CB, WR, and great ROLB. I think ROLB is the most important part of a good defense.

2. Fresno Jags- I think these guys will end up with the league title. Probably should have been promoted to A7 last season, but instead took another year to build up the cash reserves. I know flyinillini98 is a good game planner. Could use a solid WR, or 3CB. Will compete hard next year in A7.

3. Dallas Red Raiders- Will be able to score on just about anyone, but I doubt they will be able to stop anyone. Secondary and DL are major weak spots. Bad place to have a weakness.

4. Lynchburg Death Dealers- Going to roll with a Eastern Conference team before I place the 4th seeded West team. From what I can tell, these guys must be pretty good game planners, but I think they need another year or two in BBB13 to build up solid depth. If the Eastern Conference Champ gets promoted, they'll be in for a LONG season next year.

5. Batavia Ridicule Swarm- Great team logo. Some obivious holes on the offensive line, but a good off season could patch that up no problem. Start looking for a WR too.

6. Galaxy Aces- Solid team, a good off season from being a top BBB team. Focus on that DL in the offseason. Don't waste your time going after other needs, you'll see the biggest gains here.

7. Salt Lake City Punks- A long way off competing in A7, another solid season or two down here will have you guys humming. Like I said earlier, focus on the lines, maybe find a single agent that can bring several players over.

8. St. Paul Pioneers- See above. Make sure to recruit along the lines, you'll see the best gains there, and once you guys have a good line, it'll make it easier to recruit key positions.

Well there you have it guys. Good luck in the rest of the playoffs. Anyone see any upsets coming?

You do realize the Punks beat the Pioneers by 55 when they played, right?

thats a pretty bad oversight, i didn't have the opportunity to match up head to head games, more just spit stuff out off the top fo my head.

Good stuff dawgs, thanks for putting it together, it's always great to see other peoples opinions. I hope you're right about Fresno, but we have a pretty tough path ahead of us. We're just going to take it one game at a time for now, I can tell you though that we are actively scouting our opponents and looking for your weaknesses.

As far as our corners are concerned, I'm pretty confident our #3 and #4 would be welcomed on about any A7 team (with maybe only a couple of exceptions). In my opinion, the builds are about as perfect as you can get at those levels, and if someone beats us by attacking them, more power to em. In other words, we have weaknesses, but I don't think that's one of them at the moment...

Thanks again for putting this together, these are as much incentive as anything to make it up to A7 next season.

You are right about our logo, it is amazing.

So what does this round of playoffs tell you?

Let's see: You overrated the Red Raiders. They're a good team, but its pretty obvious they can't "score on anyone" like you said. I know Fresno's very, very good but 10 points is much too low for a team who can "score on anyone".

Batavia's logo is great, but the team isn't as good as you thought they were. SLCP, on the other hand, are not only in the semi's, but have beat Lynchburg regular season, and pretty late in the regular season too.

I have to admit: as a Punks GM (like I'm sure you all know, I'm just making sure...), I really would rather stay in the BBB's another year then go up to A. If we stayed, we'd be the favorite to win the East and the championship, and we would have one more season to get ready for the promotion...

Well, in his defense he was basing it off of past performances and up until tonight we had held them to their lowest score of 23 which really isn't too bad. You also have to remember he hasn't been watching the league all season, he did these this afternoon after looking at it quickly, he was just doing what we all asked him to do, it was meant to be fun so don't take it too seriously.

SLCP are for real, I'll give that, I wasn't expecting you to handle Batavia the way you did, and you handled them well. Surely you have to admit that it's really hard to gauge a team when there are only about 3 or 4 decent games in a season that you can actually judge them on.

It's pretty much a guarantee the punks are going up to A7, pack your bags and don't forget your toothbrush. The A7 guys are speculating that 6 teams will move up from their conference which means more than likely 8 teams from BBB will move up (4 in each conference). On topic of the playoffs, good game Dallas, we had some luck with that fumble and you guys missing some early field goals that really seemed to change the momentum. You've got a great team and that TE of yours is a stud.

agreed, it is very hard to guage a team (and to scout that matter) when you only have a few good games to get an idea where they are coming from, which is why i have said over and over again that the playoffs are a whole nother story. i wasn't to worried if we were to lose to batavia again cause like tcat said, we would have had another season to recruit hard to be in a great place upon moving up, but im not going to complain cause i'd love a chance to win a championship and i dont want to spend a season in BBB with one or two competitive games all season. GG Batavia, and i look forward to the Eastern Championship against the DD, should be an even better game then last time
