They're probably the strongest team on USA BBB but they're probably not in one of the stronger USA BBB league.

USA BBB #3 has the highest recommended level of all the USA BBB leagues, and if all your players were at the highest recommended level of 36, you would probably only win about 4 games in USA BBB #3, east or west.
