As you can see, he's had 6 or more interceptions three of the previous four seasons, and the one time he didn't he had two defensive touchdowns. This season, he had a career high in pass deflections and his lowest total in interceptions since his first season of existence. I know I need to improve speed, but is there anything else I can work on to make him better? I know I must have missed SOMETHING for him to have such a drop-off in production from last season, although I noticed just about every CB in SA AAA #1 seemed to have trouble getting picks.

work on getting vision to cap and above

no offense, but this build needs a lot of work, I'll get more in-depth tomorrow as I cannot today, if you want some quick advice, post in the private forum that i sent to you

First of all move your equipment to speed and agility. Get vision to the 2nd cap. Get rid of the 1 handed catch it will never get upgraded enough to matter. Try and get a super vision or shutdown coverage. I like the shutdown coverage best. Don't worry about getting picks they come and go. I think picks are down this year because DE are worthless and QBs have all day to throw.

I would believe that if he hadn't gotten a ridiculous amount of deflections as opposed to only 3 picks.

First of all, get rid of that 1 handed Catch EQ, it's pretty much worthless if you only have 1 in the SA, and one-hand catch SA isn't really that good for a CB anyway.

Second of all, Swat Ball is, in my opinion, a huge waste of points. I took it to 7 on my test CB and he didn't get any more PDs than he was getting already, and WRs were still catching balls after my corner PDed them.

Nothing you can do about that though, so you'll just have to work around it.

The next thing you need to do is take Vision to the second cap. After that, take speed and agility to the second caps if you havent yet. If you have, get 1 or 2 Super Vision SA, and get your First Step and Quick Cut to 6 apiece. But definitely do vision first, it's way too low for your level.
