This build will put up stats and will make some INTs, but you cannot make a shutdown cornerback with 90 speed and 60 agility, because your agility is so out of balance with your speed. This has never been more apparent than this season, agility for CBs have become so more important now. I discovered this with my CB, here are some examples (I'd give more, but I switched his equip too late in the season)

I kept noticing this problem:

This isn't a problem for the WR though, because he always has a step or two on the CB because he knows where he is going at all times essentially.
So, then I got to some thinking, and took some advice, and switched my equip up, and now his attributes sit at:
74.06 speed
62.06 agility
Immediately I noticed a difference and am so happy I made the switch, watch this play he made in the last game of the season:
