What is the best defense to defend the HB Blast?

Either.

There may be different and better ways to defend it, but just off the top of my head, that's what I would do.

Which HB blast. There are 2 formations. I would run something different than DeathBlades suggestion.

DB nailed it, or you can just select "Engage Eight" from the preset plays.
