well, if you want him to be a run stuffer he looks okay... but tell me, how are you going to use all that str. that you have on a WR who already has 60+ speed?

damnit i am working on speed now i had to soft cap speed first ok so by the time he gets to be at lvl 13 he will shap out and he has no problem covering them now ehh?
EDIT: there are somethings that you have to sacrifice as a defensive player ok neither you hit hard and cover bad or you cover good and cant hit and the ones in between dont have good carriers imo but i chose to hit hard and sacrifice the deep pass and that is what conerbacks are for right i just want to be the hard hitter ok

You got it all wrong. You want to focus on one attribute/skill and softcap it (better: double or even triple-cap it), then move to another. IF at all, your guy can only be rescued if you softcap strength now (while training speed+agility) and taking speed, agility and vision to the softcap(s) then. Anyway it will take a long, long time to be competetive - so you might as well start over.
fyi: at lv. 9 my FS got his speed to 64.2

strength isn't a major attribute for a free safety- it is for a strong safety. so even for a free safety who wanted strength to be a run stuffer, it's more "valuable" to soft cap speed, agility, vision first.

I disagree with your view on the FS role. IMO the purpose of the FS is to be the last line of defense, if your CB's get beat you have to be there to make the play on the WR. You will still come up to make plays in the running game if you have a good enough vision to see the play developing.
Overall the 3 MOST important attributes for a FS are:
Speed - So you can keep up with receivers and get to the line quickly to make plays in the running game
Agility - So you can get up to speed quickly and make the most of your other skills
Vision - So you can see the play developing and take the best angle to make the tackle (VERY BIG FOR A FS)
