A private forum cost 100 flex points - just get someone on the team to create it. If everyone on the team (assuming 50 players) chips in 2 cents you should have it covered

Free webs, definitely.You don't have to learn a whole lot about HTML (it would help), and it's drag and drop. If you know even a tiny bit about HTML, though, you can use templates and make a great site.
