Damn it, I'm kinda at the crossroads with one of my HBs on deciding if I want to lean more toward speed or power. I obviously leaning power since those backs seem to be doing better than elusive backs...but what if the super elusive setting gets implemented next season and doesn't totally suck?

Choices, choices. Anybody else having this problem?

Build both

i've been battling the same decision. i'm torn between the three options; elusive, balanced, or power. i'm leaning towards elusive, but see the benefits of being a power back. in an ideal situation with either back, i expect i'd get more enjoyment out of an elusive back. as it always does, teh system determines a player's success for the most part. with a good offensive line, speed backs can break one on you quickly. elusive also opens up your options in teh passing game.

Elusive rushing sucks now even for elusive backs. What makes you think "super elusive" will be worthwhile, or that it will even work?

IMO, Bort should try fixing elusive rushing before implementing this crap.

If youve created the RB without knowing where you wanted to go with it, you probably already messed it up.

I hit the base amount for speed/agility that I wanted to have regardless of if I went power or elusive. Now I have to choose if I want to continue to increase speed/agility, or switch to strength. It's quite simple actually. I don't know why you don't understand.

Honestly, I find it to be working a LOT better this season that it has before.

I have a Level 34 RB that is very Elusive SA focused, which I've been really disappointed with because I haven't been able to run on Elusive with any success at all. But this season, I tried Elusive again and I was actually really impressed. There is no more hesitation with the Elusive setting, like there was in previous seasons. He still hits the hole like on Combo, but is much more likely to make someone miss in the open field.

He does have capped Vision, so that might be making a difference, but it's hard to say.

They need to make slider adjustments to a little less elusive is all.
