Drop them in speed or agility or save them. None of your other attributes is high enough to be worth investing SPs into at this point.

He's ok. speed is ok, 63 natural is plenty, work next on agility to 61 cap, then softcap vision, then softcap tackling, imo. Train either str/tck, jmp/sta, or vis/cnf.
