I have a LB with good stats, but never appears to get sacks. His level is 23, he has 58.46 speed, 53.35 tackling, and 50.75 vision. Is there anything to improve in order to increase sacks?

As a redskins fan i'll give my 2 cents. Tackling has nothing to do with sacks and vision isn't as important as agility. I would say get your Str to 48 Spd/Agility to 68 put a few points into shed block. I like agility more then speed so while your raising it my recommendation would be keep agility 10 points above speed with equipment or whatever. A huge part of getting sacks is also how your DC uses your LB, so no matter how good your build the final decision comes down to your DC.
