Run Block enhances your blocking skill, but I don't think Cut Block necessarily requires that you have good blocking for it to work. So unless your receiver has good blocking skills, Cut Block is probably better... if you want to waste that on a WR.
Our team runs the alot fo sweeps and the WRs need to hold their blocks. I just wasn't sure that Cut Block would be activated by a WR from ready the language for it.
i would maybe say run block. a cut block knocks down the defender, and there have been times when a pancaked or knocked down defender simply gets up and makes a play on the ball carrier behind or near the line of scrimmage.
In all honesty, you'd be better picking up a + to blocking piece than a blocking SA, but as the others guys are saying, you are severely gimping your WR to have a mediocre blocker.
is cut block even able to be used by WR's, (i would never recommend it), but i know that IRL WRs cant cut block(has to be in the trenches) and if bort modeled the game around the real game it wouldnt work but idk maybe its one of those things that would be interesting to see what happens in an experimental build
