I have a CB that i want to get in the lvl 13 cap next season while still boosting. Im asking someone to help out and sign me at minimum salary w/ no PT and then release me ASAP. that way i can make the cap. Anything that i need to do just let me know. Please Pm Me if you can or know someone who can
