I can either get a Quick cut SA and upgrade it to +2 and +2 speed, or keep my +2 Juke and +2 speed +2 agility.

go with juke its farther down the line... quick cut is cheaper to boost. but it also depends on how much agility you have

60 agility, if it makes a difference.

More bang for your buck.

You get +2 Agilty aswell as the Speed & Juke.
