I mean considering the best fb usually only softcap blocking theoretically its easier to create a hb into a fb than a fb into a hb. The benefits could be huge. You could not only get a extremely good power rusher you could also have a threat out of the backfield who could catch and run. Another reason why this will be beneficial is that it would be easy for a hb to train his blocking up. If a hb were to get a lead block piece of equipment he could be both a dominate fb and a dominate hb when needed.
Not to mention the natural level raises on a hb are better than a fb imo
