Glue and aggressive if you want to get more interceptions. But you also need well built CBs. Jumping has to be soft capped and catching bumped to a good level too.

jk

but it depends, jumping is far behind in importance compared to vision and agility, but now that I'm raising my jumping I notice I get more INTs and PDs

so basically, get the big 3 up first then start jumping

Play on med coverage distance and you'll get more balls thrown your way, leading to an increase in ints.

Of course you'll give up a lot more passes too.

I prefer to have my cbs set to close/semi aggressive - less ints but you bust up more passes, and it seems to be more consistent in not giving up big gains.

Jumping is key for Int's as it expands your radius of getting to the ball
