I've been training jumping and stamina for some time now. I don't think I spent a point on them yet.
Should I keep doing that till they hit 40 and do confidence/vision intense later or now?

He does not look like he is performing that poorly?
8 games, 37 catches...he is only a level 23...going to take some time to balance out the build.

It's out there in multiple forums, I have no doubt you are bright enough to find it. Usually you'll find it in posts with people bitching about changes or nerfs or such and the standard reply is "Once the current crop of players retire, you'll have a 1-2 year window of being on top."

Speed to 3rd cap, train intense vision/confidence.

You can't go wrong with working speed/agility to the 3rd softcap.
