1. Green Bay Maulers(7-0)
Prev. - 2 (+1)
Last game - Defeated O 23-3

Power football is back. Completely shut down one of the better offenses in the East, holding O to 150 yards.

2. Cincinnati Shockers (6-1)
Prev. - 3 (+1)
Last game - Defeated Sin 147-0

Up next is the resurgent DDL.

3. ***O*** (6-1)
Prev. - 1 (-2)
Last game - Lost to Maulers 3-23

Dropped two places due to their offense output vs. Green Bay. They get to take it out on the Termites next game.

4. Orlando Pirates (6-1)
Prev. - same
Last game - Defeated MadCats 92-27

A tune-up before a rematch with the Red Wolves, who took them into OT last season and are looking for revenge for that tough loss.

5. Las Vegas Flyin' Elvises (6-1)
Prev. - 5 (same)
Last game - defeated gamblers 44-31

The winner in the battle for Las Vegas. Wayne Newton would be proud.

6. Washington Bullets (5-2)
Prev. - 7 (+1)
Last game - Defeated Termites 188-10

Bullets defense will meet the Elvis offense next week. The winner gets a W by their name.

7. Detroit Demon Lions (4-3)
Prev. - 7 (+1)
Last game - Defeated Kzoo 69-14

Guess who came back from the dead? TSE has his team humming right now, with a very impressive win over Kzoo. The Shockers come to town next week and we'll see just how far DDL has come back.

8. Kalamazoo Coyotes (4-3)
Prev. - 6 (-2)
Last game - Lost to DDL 14-66

Kzoo allowed Detroit 800 yards of offense while letting the Lions defense shut down Drew. Should rebound vs. the MadCats next game.

9. Rhode Island Red Wolves (3-4)
Prev. - 9 (same)
Last game - Defeated Continentals 40-37

See-saw game where the Wolves almost beat themselves, giving up a 100 yard INT return and fumbling the kickoff team in their own territory. The Pirates will be a tough task next week.

10. Gridiron Rage (3-4)
Prev. - 10 (same)
Last game - Defeated POs 255-0

Gets another CPU before heading off on a brutal 3 game stretch.

11. Las Vegas Gamblers (2-5)
Prev. - 11 (same)
Last game - Lost to Elvis 31-44

Put up a good fight in Clark County, but couldn't hold off Elvis. Tough matchup vs. the resurgent Continentals next week.

12. Philadelphia Continentals (1-6)
Prev. - same
Last game - Lost to RIRW 37-40

Showed absolutely no quit vs. the Red Wolves. Will look for another W vs. the Gamblers next week.

The Rest

13. Kentucky MadCats
14. Philadelphia Pushovers
15. Doomsday Sin
16. Arizona Termites

couple corrections:

We play the gamblers in 2 games, not the elvi.

And the bullets are 5-2, not 4-3

EVERYONE, even 12th, would tell you that I'm as fair, or likely harder, on my own team than the rest of the teams here.

Probably agree with you, but as far as I know, an interception is a defensive play... so it's about the defense, not about your offense. "beat themself" pfft.

An interception can be caused by a bad throw too, so its just as easily and offensive play. In fact, i believe an offensive play and defensive play are usually run concurrently in this game

I think you are misinterpreting what I meant. I'm not taking away your INT, I'm saying that thanks to the INT return, and the fumble deep in our own territory, we gave you opportunities to win the game which you would not have otherwise had.

Thanks for the read, cwrujosh. For what it's worth, I've always thought you were fair, no matter where you had us ranked...Oh, and, we'll never be the Nighthawks.

Thanks. As to the second part, it was just a description of their brand of football. I'll change it though.
