I have no idea what happened on this TD. My 86 speed 57 agility CB (iCompete T.O. Win) got burnt by a 53 speed 34 agility WR?!

My CB barely looks much faster than the other CB (Chrome Plated) next to him, who only has 25 speed 49 agility.

Don't even get me started about the defensive pursuit angles in this game. I can only guess that low vision made him take a bad angle, but I've lost playoff games because of stuff like that.


He may have not been able to run him down because of stamina.. can't think of too much else.

Couldn't be stamina - that was only 5 minutes into the game and on the first play of a possession.

The bad angle was not just you, look at the left outside backer and the strong safety on the other side of the field. Not as noticable as your guy, but they should have been running towards the endzone flag, not directly across the field. Look at the Middle Linebacker - that guy just straight runs away from the play.

Is there a "diving tackle" roll that was continuously in effect, thereby keeping your corner from simply running fast until he ran into the WR?

I've found that you often need closing speed to catch a WR from behind.

Overall speed does not matter a lot with this and I agree it is broken.

confidence. your CB was so incredibly pissed off that he let such a shitty WR catch the ball that he moped all the way to the EZ.
