I hate these things, they make my team look too good.

(But really, keep posting them, it is fun to see what the computer spits out. I really like the part that shows the East scoring 2x as many points!)

I like the fact that we are projected to finish 9th....lmao! Entertainment factor on this thread is great!

I think our ranking gets flushed by the Philly gutting, which happened after we played them in a close game.

How are the rankings affected if you put in dummy scores of 220-0 (ballpark) for the first three Philly games against Parma, Bullets and ***O***

It affects it a lot tbh. I remember them from last season and that wsa the biggest problem. Those 3 teams will likely get lower and lower in the RPIs in the next few weeks regardless.

So RRY is the second-best team, and thus will go limp to a 9-7 7th-seed finish? Bias ITT.

Las Vegas Flying has given up 135 points so far...that sheet has us projected to give an additional 1500 points over the next ten games? sorry...fail...we still have doomsday, arizona and philly on our schedule..so I guess the rest of you are going to 255 cap us? whatever.


and then philly...they are gonna give up an average of 376 points a game...assuming there wasn't a 255 limit...they have some catchup to do...we all better score 500 a game on them from now on.

I appreciate the effort with the spreadsheet....but the outputs it gives are pretty unbelievable. If it's giving out those kind of wacky numbers, how accurate can the record predictions be?

the gutted teams really skew these "rankings" - I know the Gamblers won't go 11-5 or average well over 100 PPG but because we beat up on two gutted teams and have such a high PS-PA differential it thinks we're better than we are.

it's just something to look and laugh at, you top teams need not worry, you'll be just fine.

Nope, all is good with the actual computer. It happened to the Marauders last season as well (gave up 7 points to a gutted team). The points against will be off for a few games just because of that.

I went in and changed those scores to 220-3.....to see if it does anything
