has anyone tried this ability and had any luck with it? i'm just wondering if it is a significant difference or not.

forget it I put 10 into my TE and have seen nothing!

I think the main problem with it is that it gives you a +% chance to fight out extra yards against Wrap Up Tacklers, but since there is no base % chance to do it, any +% chance is wasted if it is a multiplier (0% x 1.30 = 0%), and if it's a straight addition to % chance, then even at lvl 15 you only get a 30% chance for it to trigger.
