East St Louis Tire Fires at Portland Dirty Penguins:
The esteemed PDP franchise is having one hell of a re-introduction into Pro league. Penguins usually look black and white, but these guys are starting to look closer to black and blue. TIRE FIRES by 24
Bandar Lampung Pigskin Pirates at Manila Hitman:
Both these teams are among the few undefeated squads left in the league, but one of them will be leaving with a loss. The Hitman has the advantage of not having to deal with prima donna teammates, but the Pirates, maybe not as unified as Manila, still look like the stronger squad to me. Close game, but I see the Hitman getting pirated this time around. Sheepskin, pigskin, latex... just be thankful Bandar Lampung bothers to wear protection at all. PIRATES by 10
P-Funk Allstars at Tokyo Whalers:
The Allstars continue their funky grooving by demolishing Tokyo during their bye week. They'll be sitting pretty at 5-1 next week as the defend the Mothership against longtime rivals, Pa Dong Dragons. ALLSTARS by 35
Bangkok Seamen at Duluth Bulldogs:
The Seaman are having one hell of a bad season, currently sitting at 1-4, with only a close victory over PDP in their win column. This once proud team will have to right their ship - and fast! if they want any chance of making the postseason. Duluth is a tough team though, and may prove too much to overcome. BULLDOGS by 6
Kamakura Katanas at Macau Gamblers:
Macau is sharp at it's game, some of the best gamblers in the land. Their sharpest wits , however, are dull when compared with Kamakura steel that has been folded hundreds of times. Blades will slice and dice through the Gamblers chips and cards. KATANAS By 17
Singapore Marauders at Chaiyaphum Gothic:
The Gothic are coming off a huge win over the Seamen and a victory party hosted by Phuket, and may not have their minds properly focused on this game. The Marauders on the other hand have a scrimmage against one of SA's Pro stooges shortly after this game, and will be ready for warfare. Victory goes to the team that is more prepared. MARAUDERS by 13
Phuket All at Lost City Idols:
The Idols enjoy a much needed bye week at home. Enjoy the stat massage, Lost City! IDOLS by 35
Krungthep Garudas at Pa Dong Dragons:
The Dragons are still very angry about Krungthep knocking them out of last season's AAA#1 playoffs. They had a better team then, and because of a tremendous recruiting program since, they're much better now than they ever were. In a straight up fight, the Dragons should school Krungthep.. but the Garudas always seem to have a trick up their sleeve. GARUDAS by 3**
