Here are the rankings after a quater of the season. Hopefully this will be alot less eventfull than the last go.

1. Bronx - Handled up on Thundertown fairly easy as the game was over by the beginning of the 4th quarter. As always the combination of Bronx's run game to go with their all universe DE were the keys to a victory. Next up for Bronx, a scortching hot Emmaus ready to test their mettle against the cream of the crop.

2. Port Moody - Put the beat down on Yancy by hangin a hundo on them. Their new and improved running game is beastin it up each and every game. They have a couple of terrible teams comin up and then they face Atlanta in what looks from here to be a really good game.

3. Teikoku - Absolutely destroyed Orlando by a huge margin, and their team looks to be more than just a bad ass couple of RB's. We need to see them against real competition and thats comin as Thundertown and Bronx are the opponents the next 2 games.

4. Victoria - Looked OK against Niagra and only won by 38. Their balanced offense went up and down the field on Niagra and the defensive line shut down Niagra until garbage time in the 4th. 3 more cupcakes on the way before a team of consequence comes along.

5. Emmaus - Is fixing to find out what they are really made of. they crushed New York Grizzlies but now run into a stretch of 4 straight games against playoff bound teams. If they can win a couple of those games they could be in contention for a home playoff game. If not while their playoff status is assured their prospects of winning once they get there wont look so bright.

6. Atlanta - Has one more cupcake game coming up before rolling into 3 straight playoff teams. they destroyed Oakland 149-0 impressive regardless of the opponent and should feel confident in their talent goin in to some big games.

7. Thundertown - Lost a tough one to Bronx but was never really in it against the beast of the East. They have another tough game against the Alexanders before they take on a string of easy games for them. Playoffs assured with their talent and how horrible all the other teams are.

That being said, all the other teams just are not that good. 3 CPU teams and a few more gutted teams and thats what will happen.

I know it is early, and crass to push for your own players, but i would like people to notice the play of the flags DE Head. I truly believe he must be taken into consideration for leauge MVP. The truth is without him the Flag would be a much, much worse team. He covers a lot of holes for us.
This is the only time i will mention it ( and i dont want to start a debate as i know there are a lot of worthy contenders ) i just want to give the guy the credit he deserves.

Also looking forward to the Thundertown v. Teikoku game, will be a corker

Head is a beast that's for sure ... and definitely deserves recognition...and has earned my respect! 44 sacks this early in the season is insane...

Niagara will shed its label of cupcake to not only make the postseason, but finish as the league's #7 seed. That is all.

Game of the Week:
4-0-0 Bronx Black Flags vs. 4-0-0 Emmaus Hornets

Emmaus is riding hign on the fact that they have started the season with 4 straight wins, 1 against a playoff team even! That being said...the Mosh Pit is a hostile enviroment with a lot RAID on hand! The Black Flag looks to kill the Hornets dead...and unfortunately it's gonna be painful and slow

Prediction: Black Flag bug spray = a dead Hornet's team
Score: Bronx 54 Emmaus 16

We'll be coming. It's a big turn around this season for us, and while I'm still trying to overcome stadium issues, from previous bad owners, we have assembled a quality team.

Remember it's not the size of the dog in the fight, it's all about the size of the fight in the dog!

Is there anything worse then finally getting a team and finding out the last owner was a douche bag that screwed you stadium and players?
