Unfortunately it's a normal part of aging that a lot of men go through.
I could suggest a plastic surgeon but I would advise against it.

I think your main problem is that your build is horrible.
I don't normally say that to people on the GLB forums because for some reason I don't like being rude here even though I don't mind it elsewhere in life, but something seriously compels me to in this case; it's probably your horrible build.

There's nothing you can do. You can jack up catching but I think you should wait it out.

I think he will tell you to retire your player. I'd suggest getting all your equipment into only two attributes or less and take catching, speed and agility to level 48 before coming back here for advice on next steps.

Put all your equipment into speed or split it between speed and agility.
Soft cap agility.
Soft cap catching.
You may catch up to where you should have been by 13 at level 20 or so.
On the plus side, you don't need to raise stamina for a while...
