I know the veteran ability can increase your chance of pulling someone offsides by 2% but can having high vision or confidence increase the likeleyhood of pulling someone offsides?

I have a thread tracking the ineffectiveness of Hardcount in the main forum.
No idea how offsides is triggered. Hardcount is useless though, avoid it until it gets unnerfed.
