I made a new and improved Ranking system, that should be a lot more accurate to the true rankings. I also got rid of the preseason games inside the rankings, because as others have brought up, myself included, we use that time to test new ideas.
Now let me explain a few things here. As you can see there are some teams with higher win/loss ratio, but are lower. This is primarily due to the fact that you have not played a worthy opponent to warrant a better score. You will not raise much if you beat a bunch of 0-fer teams or teams that everyone knows you should beat. On the flip side, if you beat an opponent that my predictor thought you should have lost, you will receive a boost in points towards your power rankings..for example McLuney Mayhem. This should start evening out a bit more in the coming weeks.
