Another week without much suspense aside from the game of the week, where Coach RW proved to be right on as Emmaus pulled one out against Thundertown. Here are the rankings for ya.
1. Bronx - Retains this spot after throttling the Orlando Soul, a terrible team last year that went bot. Almost 500 yards rushing from their two headed monster of a backfield and another huge game sack wise by their legendary DE gives the voter no reason to take the #1 spot away.
2. Port Moody - They just demolished Niagra bringing the pain all day, although as always Niagra puts up decent points because of their brutal QB/WR combo. 400 yards on 13 carries is just disgusting as the Eastern side of the Ocho is becoming a RB conference.
3. Teikoku - Put it on another terrible team from last season that went bot in the offseason. When I first saw Port Moody's RB's stats I was wowed. Then I saw Whitesquall and I decided I'm terrified to face either guy. 739 yards to be exact in a game which solidifies the Alexander's as one of the teams to beat.
4. Victoria - Moved up a spot due to the loss by Thundertown, crushed a terrible slow build team even by slow build standards. Even with the team in flux and without 3 starters due to a little roster shake, the Teabaggers will still able to shut out the Little Knights. this in no small part to the 7 Int's and 3 returned for touchdown by the owner's own CB
.
5. Emmaus - Good win in a competitve game against Thundertown vaults Emmaus up the rankings. Coming from behind with 10 unanswered as the D stiffened up to lock down Thundertown. Emmaus has to be feeling good coming off this win and with a cupcake up next.
6. Atlanta - Holding here for one more game as they have another cupcake coming up. They crushed the artist formerly known as Yancy Street and have the talent to a be a team worth gameplanning for.
7. Thundertown - Drops a few spots after losing a close on to Emmaus. Though they have talent they must translate that into wins if they want to be taken seriously. Next up a game against Bronx, which honestly I can't see any other way than a good ol fashion beat down.
I would normally do eight but the rest of the teams are so terrible and uncompetetive that I have better ways to spend my time. Moving forward with another round of gmaes comin up RW is gonna give us the game of the week and tell us what to look for.
