So, my team went CPU

This is what I look for:

1. Financial stability (Not mine, the team's... if you were stupid and are overpaying for all of your players, I don't want to be a part of your team)

2. Does everyone, including my player, get 30 plays per game? You always need to develop all of your players

3. Your team's history. If you lose 15 out of 16 games year after year, I have a problem. I will play for a losing team, just as long as it is heading in the right direction.

4. Money. I don't need a ton of it. If you are the highest bidder, you are perhaps too desperate for me.

I can help your team. I am a financial nut. I like to go over numbers and help make decisions. I don't demand to be a GM, just understand that I can help you in some ways.

I know that many of you have already sent offers. Those are not forgotten. I just want to give everyone a shot.

I like the way that you think. I just just joined the team as a GM a few days ago. I think that we have a lot of potential. From what I see, the team has improved win-wise every season. We are trying to build a winner here, and we have guys that are committed to team for multiple seasons. I sent you a contract and I hope that you consider joining us. You'd definitely have a starting spot, and any input you could give us would be helpful. i really hope that you seriously consider us.

I need a ot as I have only 1 tackle one the team. If you need equipment upgrade we can do that. the team is growing and going to the winning side need a few more players and could do some playoff thinking nest season.
