I've been trying to decide which STR/AGI combination would be more effective. It's between 95 Strength, 74 agiiity and 91 Strength, 78 agility.

As you can probably tell, it's due to L.40 equipment coming up. I'm leaning towards 95 strength right now.

I'd probably say strength as well.

Of course, I could always go 100 Strength, 69 agility, so that too is an option.

i'd go 95 STR 74 AGL, if u were a DT i'd say go agility but since ur a NT it never hurts to get more STR (as long as ur not lacking other areas)
