Do runningbacks try to fake out the D-Lineman when they run up the middle, or are the quarters too tight for them to try a fake?

Basically, is equipment with this bonus worth it or not for a DT?

Nope. If you have good agility and decent vision the fakes won't last long anyways. It's mostly for the open field tacklers, which it is still pretty useless for imo.
