For this game: http://goallineblitz.com/game/game.pl?game_id=313743 I had the TE block percentages at 30% left and 30% right, and yet we (København Hühnerfalken) didn't run a single play where the TE blocked on the weakside. What gives? Has anyone else had that happen?

Just wanted to clarify, all my advanced AI inputs refer to the basic settings for the TE's role on any particular play.

Anyone? It happened again in this game, with the percentages not exactly equal:

TE only can weakside block on a pass play on which he is NOT the intended reciever.

That should be 70% of the passes called.

its randomness maybe?

If you want 30% to really be 30% you need to be more proactive with what plays ect you want hem on the left.

leaving it as generic play 30% means each time a play is called there is a 30% chance the TE will block but 70% he wont, some tough rolls could string togehter " not blocks"

In this case though, imo unless your TE has stone hands its probably better to get him to take the middle of the field for a dump pass. unless you are getting overwhelmed, id say FB/HB would be better for protection, since they can pick up BOTH sides much easier than a TE.
