what are the base stats to get it their. Im guessing speed 68, agility 68, vision 48?
I will have speed to 68 by 12. then agility their by like 25, i think. any suggestions? feel free to send me PM if you dont want it on the forums

Vision doesn't have much effect on the Rushing bar, if at all.
Speed, Agility is mostly responsible for the rushing bar, with a bit of Strength and possibly Carrying mixed in.
