It depends. Optimally you'd like to be able to sacrifice some speed for agility and vision, but you've got to be able to defend deep routes 1 on 1. If you can cover your opposition deep, then pumping agility and vision is optimal. There's no formula for what you should do, unfortunately.
as a CB you wont really need more then 90 speed but it will need to get there at around your lvl probably before lvl 37 you should already be at 90 spd..... just pump your agil/vis/SA up how ever you want after that

Essentially, 68 capped, 68 capped, 60 capped (plus a few levels), 2 pieces of EQ in speed, 2 in agility, CE in speed.
+1 if you are slowbuilding. If not, you should still have 61/61/61 base in all three plus your EQ split between agility and speed. All these people saying you need 90 speed even though that leaves you with 60 agility don't know what they are talking about. This isn't season 1 anymore.

I don't know that I agree with this. I have a CB on a team that has 3 of our WR's over 90 speed. 85 Speed trying to cover a WR with 90 speed seems like a OC's dream come true.
1. There isn't a big difference between 90 and 85 2. They need the agility to get up to that speed 3. How often do you run a fly route? Wrs get open by cutting, not running straight, agility is more important in that respect.
