On to week 2!

Redemption week. . .

#7 West (Beastmen) travel to #6 West (Packers), who jumped them in this week standings. Will the standings hold up or will the outcome on the field be different?

Otherwise, no other West team should really be challenged.

In the East, #6 East (Bulldawgs) travel to #4 East (Carnage), who jumped them in this weeks standings.

AND
#8 East (Assassins) takes on newly unranked East (Full Moon Blue Wolf), who they jumped this past week, for a spot in next weeks rankings.

Again, no other East team should really be challenged in Week 2.

Good luck to all the teams!

We (South Bend) have a tough challenge playing at Iowa this week. We hope to keep up with them as they have beaten us every time we have played...

No mention of Iowa and South Bend! I would think this is the game of the week. Winner gets top billing of Overall Power Rankings. I could be biased but I think this is hopefully going to live up to its billing. I am sure we are 8 point underdogs but I think with a little lucke we might be able to pull off the upset.

Dang, I wrote that one down to come back to after I finished the "redemption" part of the post and forgot!

Sorry to slight ya'll, that is DEFINITELY the game of the week and the early candidate for GOTY.

That's what I get for trying to do the power rankings pre 6am on a Saturday (read: wasted)
