I've got a chance to buy a piece of AE that adds +1 jumping and 2% pass quality... I like to PQ, but WTF @ Jumping? Does a QB even use it?

maybe a scrambler if he's running past someone who is fallen, but I've seen +3 something with +5% pass qual and would hold out for something that will truely help you.
