Please try and schedule these games in the first half of the season, whatever is best for both teams. Please post here once you have scheduled your scrimmage. Preferably do it between your 3rd regular season game and your 5th.
The seedings was made by a representative from EEPL (with help from EEPL owners) and a representative from WEPL (with help from WEPL owners).
If you are struggling to schedule a scrimmage with your opposition, feel free to give myself and Rate a message and we'll see what we can arrange.

I feel that WEPL should be strongly represented. Unfortunately the person who did the EEPL had quite a few promoted teams near the back of the ratings, so some teams may struggle. However WEPL should and probably will dominate this. So here are the scrimmages, time to keep track of them and see which league is more dominant.
