I am getting shafted in recruiting because they say they don't want to play for a BBB team. Well, they sign with A and AA in Oceania, Africa, etc for teams that the majority of teams here would wipe the floor with.

Oh well, we will be in A league next season so maybe we will have "Street Cred"

I think the suggested league levels, while a good idea, are kinda screwing people with recruiting. Think they need to just put the average or median level instead of a range, because people looks at that and think that they will be playing those level of player, but that isn't always the case. Some of it is "I would prefer to start, but will back up for the right team" which I've so far seen to mean "I'll only be a back up if you are guaranteed a trophy, or you pay me 11K a day". Just my 2 cents.

Well, the Leathernecks are a level 48 team and we have easily have a dozen teams that are 50+. Most leagues I have looked at are top to bottom mid-40 teams.

I just get irritated when a player responds that he doesn't want to play in BBB. Which is stupid anyways because it's not like his player is going to get any more fame points or level differently based on what level league he is in.

True, it's been a real pain more so than most seasons, even for A.

It's easy to recruit for my team at our current player levels. I have yet to be turned down and even have guys sending me PM's promoting their players. What happens to an agent when his players go over a certain level. It seems kinda like the NFL. A rookie gets drafted and he's all "I'm just happy to have a chance to play" then in a few years when he's a FA it's "I'm going to test the market to see what I'm worth" and some owner with deep pockets throws him an outrageous contract. It seems like half the time they turn to shit after they sign too.

Yeah, last season I solely recruited low 20s players due to lack of funds and I had a much better success rate. This season i was going for higher rated guys and they wanted unreal money and stupid perks. I am hoping I have a good set of active guys now that will stick with me through a couple more seasons.
