I have three HB's on PeeWee team. I had my energy settings at 98-99 but it left out the 3rd HB he only got a few plays. I want all three to play equally, will putting the energy lvl at 99-100 help???

Yeah, you have Diesel and GetOff on kickoff and kick returns, so their energy gets sucked down really quickly. Your #1 HB got a ton more plays because he wasn't on special teams.

I don't remember why, but I always use 98/99 instead of 99/100 to get near equal playing time.
To keep them equal you'll need to keep them off ST or all on ST as mentioned before.
If you have two RBs, and one is going to be on ST regardless, you can try making him the starter and forcing him in situations to offset the play imbalance, although players sub for a good reason in the game.. they get tired, their atts get a penalty.
