I got both for my L16 DE but I can't wear both of them at once. Which one would benefit me more once upgraded? Both plain +1 SA with no attribute bonus.

Shed Block for sure.
Why? Because you can spend SPs to upgrade Shed Block to 5 and then use AE and Custom to take it from 5-10 (saving you a lot of SPs).
With Blitz the most you will ever have is 4 with AE.

My main DE has 9 in shed block wasn't worth a pinch of **** today. But i would buy the shed block equipment. Once raised that look for tunnel vision piece.
