What is this nerf I have been hearing about? How exactly were these players built?

Lots of speed, and strength. From what I understand. I guess my HB could fall into that category, he doesn't have as much carrying though and has some decent agility. Bort has a thread going about re-fixing power backs though. Guess he finally realized that a CB with 25 strength/tackling shouldn't be able to tackle a powerback with 90 strength 60 carrying so easily.
