This was generally well received by everyone last season, so it’s back for Season 7! Lot of league turnover between Season 6 and Season 7. We have some familiar faces, and a lot of new faces.

This preseason ranking is a power ranking, based on a few variables. As the season goes on and team rosters change and teams play each other, this will look more like the league standings, although it might not look that way early on in the season.

The preseason ranking will contain all 32 teams, 16 Eastern and 16 Western. Beginning after regular season week one, it will contain the top 8 teams of the Power Ranking, with some teams moving out each week possibly and new teams moving in. (This ranking is based on Season 7, not any results or standings from Season 6.)

Some teams that are better on paper are ranked "lower" due to poor chemistry. For those of you that were slighted in this post, I'm sorry. Feel free to copy and paste into your team forum as bulletin board material!

Obviously a lot can change during the season, but this is how one biased owner sees things now.

Wow nothing like alot of pressure. Good work bro you've done a great job with these. We have some decent competition for sure but we are top heavy as is the east. We'll take this one game at a time as we did alot of work in the offseason. KEEP IT UP and good luck to the Tighas

Neat week 1 in intraconference games. 4 games of substance among the top 8 squads in each conference.

#8 East (Blue Wolf) at #2 West (Sentinels)
#5 East (Carnage) at #3 West (Ice)
#7 East (Thunderhawks) at #4 West (Rex)
#6 West (Beastmen) at #3 East (Tighas)

May the best teams win! (Except for the Beastmen, if they are the better team, then they should lose. Matter of fact, not even show up for the game really.)

Nice should be a good game but I give the Edge to the Tighas.

I'm taking the Sentinels, Ice, Rex and Tighas we'll see how it shakes out. We have our first 2 games against teams that are not ready at this point. Week 3 and 4 will let us know how we're doing with week 5 being our big test.

The east is a crap shoot. The Hogeyes, Leps, Tighas, and Sleepy Hollow are all going to be crazy in the playoffs. I see South Bend taking the regular season, but Sleepy Hollow will take the conference in the playoffs. They arent that good now because of their chemistry but once that hits 80+ they are going to be dangerous

Correct.

Well if the power rankings are even close, the Tighas/Hogeyes/Leprechauns all play each other in a three way cage fight in the first four weeks, so the Power Rankings will either be proven correct or there will be some serious movement as contenders shine and pretenders fade away quickly.

The winner early in the season as to scheduling has got to be Sleepy Hollow, who should be able to get their chemistry up by the time the hit the meat of the schedule in the East.

Nice to see the Blitz in the early playoff hunt... but it is way too early to think about that.

Too many good teams to win the whole thing.. and an 8 spot is an automatic first round loss....
but I want 10 wins.... we'll see how that works out.

Wow I just hope we can get a home playoff game this season. We have some really tough teams in the East just hope to finish in the top 4.

Well, again, it's just my opinion. I really don't have a subjective way of ranking slow builds vs. CPU opponents.

This season should be an interesting one, no doubt about it.
