Quick answer:

2nd cap Speed and Agility

1st cap strength and vision

catching should be in the 50's

SAs: Route Runner is very important for a receiving TE.

Longer answer:

Personally I believe that strength is an attribute that is often over looked by people building a speed receiving TE. If you look at who is going to be covering you, more often than not it will be the LOLB not some CB, so if you want to get any yards after the catch you will probably have to break some tackles. TEs are not often looked at as deep threats, they can be, but most of the time they're making 8-12 yard catches in the middle of the field. Because of this it is important to be able to get separation quickly, so agility is just as important as speed, Run Route will help with this as well as will having good vision. Also if you're hoping to be a red zone threat don't forget about jumping and be stuck playing catchup like I am with my TE right now. So overall a good receiving TE will be balanced in speed, agility, and vision with a high enough strength to break some tackles over the middle.
