Look at that team's roster page to be sure that another punter/kicker hasn't already accepted a contract offer 10 minutes ago, or an hour ago, or whatever. The depth chart doesn't automatically update when a new player signs so you have to look at the roster page. This morning I signed my punter to a team that had no punters. Since I signed 2 others have signed, so now there's 3 punters on this team.

This happens because many teams have more than 1 recruiter. So many offers get sent out. If teams would discuss in forums or look to see what contracts have been sent. More than likely you would not have this problem. Anyway, this is not the forum to post this in. If you like to keep this posting, then I'd suggest you move it to the right forum. Good Luck!
