Coughin' Corner Hacker, a Level 5 Punter that was created near the end of Season 6, is currently looking for an opportunity to move out of the D Leagues and be the full time Punter on a low level team that will give him plenty of opportunities for max XP. He boosted 3 times for Season 6, and intends to boost 3 for Season 7 as well. As an agent, I have focused exclusively on punters, and have experience building them. The team that successfully signs this punter should be dedicated to carrying only one punter on their team, and preferably be willing to play Coughin' Corner Hacker on KO/KR teams in any games that look to be blowout wins, so that he can maximize his growth, since punters get shafted with 0 XP in games where their teams don't punt. Sliding them in on insignificant kick return special team roles for blowout wins seems to be the most effective way to eliminate this problem while not overly impacting team performance.
