Strength:52.01 Blocking:50.01
Speed:64.36 Tackling:14.8
Agility:49.01 Throwing:9
Jumping:9 Catching:24.8
Stamina:34.91 Carrying:53.21
Vision:35.8 Kicking:8
Confidence:14.8 Punting:8

This FB role on my own team is Special Teams, backup FB, and backup TE. Just wanted some advise as to where I should be putting my 15 SPs when I boost.

I'd go agility or strength depending on whether you block or rush more.
Also, you need to get your confidence up.

Here's my 2 cents.

WHERE NOT TO PUT ANY FURTHER POINTS (nor training for that matter):
Speed--you have more than enough for a FB until you get to levels in the mid-40s.
Blocking--you have enough "technique" for a FB until you get to levels in the late 40s, plus your rating will increase naturally via levelling.
Carrying--same reasoning as given for "Blocking"

I'd go easy on the "Vision" as well--you have plenty for now.

I'd pump "Strength" for awhile--there are HBs that have as much as you do. And the poster above me is correct--your confidence is extremely low. One bad play and you're not going to recover well or quickly. You need to raise that to the mid 30s by the time you're a mid-30 level player (at a minimum).

agility to 2nd cap, str is overrated for blocking fb. put a piece of eq in there, get it to 60 after agility.

Carrying: 39.67
Vision: 35.95

Confidence: 26.95
Punting: 8
Blocking SAs 3,4,3,3,3

I'd like to get this guy better at lead blocking from the I, etc. Where do I put the next 15?

Agreed.

And your speed and blocking don't need attention for awhile==boost your strength and agility.
