I don't know if it is going to be visible in the sim directly just by watching replays. But it should definitely show up indirectly by decreasing INTs and pass deflections it it works like it claims.
I'm guessing it will penalize the vision/agility based roll defenders make to determine how quickly they react to a thrown pass. A QB with a slower release telegraphs his throws when he starts his longer, slower throwing motion. That gives the defender time to read where the QB is looking and get in position to make a play. The quick release would give the defender slightly less warning since the ball comes out soon after the motion starts. I would think it would help counter Super Vision, it may be a nice compliment to Pump Fake as well if it helps you deliver the ball a little more quickly while the defender is still recovering from the fake.
