I dont think you can sign lower than L25 players to the league anymore.

I also think that DDD is actually trying to recruit, as he put a nastygram in the GLB main forum about not having a lockdown over a weekend when people are trying to recruit, I agree, because if they are going to be d-bags and not sell their team before D40, they arent going to sell it before D42.
