Not necessarily hard but I believe they have a longer period of development then some other positions due to their automatic level up points getting .5 points a level in str and blocking do not make a fast process to making a receiving TE .

yeah, and you should wait to cap spd/agl since they're only minor atts, which makes you TE really suck for a while and painful to watch.
What do you all take carrying to for a recieving TE?

Mine has 38 carrying.
