Ive been thinking about makeing a TE are they hard to make?

Make him like your WR but throw in some block - throw in more block if thats the direction you want to take.

Eh, no, not really.

Basically make it a WR. Substitute speed for strength. Not a whole lot, but instead of a WR with 90 speed and 30 strength, make a TE with 70 speed and 50 strength. Basically thats the easiest way to say it.
